    Appointment for Spouse on PR Category

    I am currently applying for my permanent residency in Bonn, Germany, however the processing will at least take 2 months.
    As I am about to file the application, can I show a proof once applied that it has been applied and book an appointment for my spouse on FRV PR category with the VFS in Delhi? Or do I have to wait for the PR card?

    i guess you have to wait till you get PR

    If you currently have Blue card/resident permit, then it’s better to apply for spouse visa using same Visa, because if you change to PR, for spouse German language certificate is needed when applying for FRV.
