  Can I apply for appointment one before marriage?

  I will soon be getting married and wish to move to Germany. My fiancé is a blue card holder in Germany.
  Can I apply for a visa now as I will be getting married next month?
  Or if I apply after marriage is there any process of getting an appointment and visa on priority ?
  How many days does it take to get a visa appointment?
