  How to apply for professional card

  I am currently working in the Netherlands and will soon shift to Germany to join my husband. I have a job offer and I am looking for the freelancing path.
  I do not have a professional card here. Please let me know how to apply for a professional card from Netherlands. Pls help me with taxing? Also, any other things I need to apply in advance?
