    Is it legal to use VPN in Germany?

    Hello,

    I want to watch Indian OTT like HOTSTAR, SONY LIV etc. Is it legal to use VPN in Germany?
    I am ready to invest in an annual subscription of Express VPN / Ghost VPN. If there are no legal complications such as fine and all. It will cost around 9k. Anyone one have any idea about it?

    You can use VPN just remember do not download copyrighted content. It is illegal.
