  Pls, Help me understand 90 & 180 days rule?

  Hi,

  My father will be coming to Berlin on 15th of October and will go back to India on Jan 10 (just short of 90 days). Then he plans to come back in Feb. Is it possible to spend 90 days and go back to India and back to Germany and spend another 90 days? His visa is valid till June 2023 with multi entry for 1 year.
  I am bit confused about the 90/180 day rule. Pls help me understand the rules.
