what is the process to change job?
I came to Germany 3 months back on a work permit which does not fall under the blue card category. Now I would like to change job. My present organization name is mentioned on my visa. Is it possible and what is the process to change jobs?

I would suggest before starting new work contact Ausländerbehörde of your city and get approval
