What option one has if employer files for insolvency?
Hi All,
My employer files for insolvency and terminates my contract. I am still under employment visa in Germany (under Blue card category) but I have not applied for a blue card.
Pls let me know what are the options available for me?

You will need to inform the abh and they will tell you how much time you have to find a new job. Once you find a job, email abh your contract and if it falls under blue card category, they will let you apply for blue card
