  Doctor appointment in Dusseldorf

  Hello all, i am struggling to get doctor appointment , i am having acute back pain, but looks like closed available dates are months away, do we need to register for doctor beforehand to get the appointment or consultation, i tried for registration but most of them says they are not taking any new patients. i am having insurance from TK. the doctors which are available only take private patients or self payers. i have reached out to TK helpline as well but no solution so far, please advise
