I have a bachelor degree in Maths and my masters course in Germany is in the arts field. I also did an internship for credit points during my bachelor’s for 60 hours. My internship subject and my bachelor’s degree are not at all related to my masters course.
Shall I carry the internship form with me to the visa office or not?
Is it possible that my visa will be rejected due to not submitting the internship form?

I am well aware that I can submit pending docs to vfs within a short time, but still I would like to know what shall I do regarding this.

Your Bachelor’s and internship field doesn’t matter if you have the admit. Also if you have mentioned internship in your cover letter then you must bring that at the time of appointment.
You must also have a strong LoM as there is gap between your bachelors and masters.
