  How long does city registration takes?

  I wanted to know how long does it take for the city registration certificate to get ready ? I have an appointment for city registration on 22nd August. Is there any chance they give on the same day?

  If I don’t get it on the same day, which sim companies in Düsseldorf can provide me SIM card based on my passport?
