What to do when employees get fired without prior notice?
Hello Friends,
One of my friends who was working with an Indian hotel got fired and no prior notice was given meanwhile they hired someone else for the position.
What can we do now? -

As per the German law, employers can fire a person without prior notice within 6 month of employment. Also if the employer has employees less than, they can fire you the same way and they are not answerable.
